WHAT I DO

As a Myotherapist, I help people with muscle and joint pain. I don’t just rub the sore spot, look for the real reason why it keeps hurting. That might mean releasing tight muscles, easing pressure on nerves, improving how your joints move, and giving you exercises to keep the pain from coming back.

If you’ve got back pain, stiff shoulders, headaches, or sore legs from sport, work, or even just life, I will work with you to get you moving better and feeling more comfortable again

Dry Needling

A tool used to reduce pain that myotherapists are well known for. Very fine solid needles are applied to muscles in order to reduce local, referred and widespread pain often with little or no sensation by the client. They are directed at myofascial trigger points, facilitating tight muscle tissue to relax and unwind and open the door to allow the body to heal itself.

Remedial Massage

A physical therapy applied to muscles, tendons and ligaments that aims to reduce pain by treating damaged, knotted or hyper-irritable muscles in order to regain pain-free movement.
